1| It's customary to include your full system's specs inclusive of your OS when posting a thread of troubleshooting nature. Please include it inclusive of your audio equipment.
2| If you're on Windows 10, please uninstall your drivers and revert to the older drivers and see if the issue persists. It'd also be a good idea to see if your motherboard BIOS is up to date.
3| When installing the driver make sure they are running in an elevated command;
Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
