GPU fan running full speed?

I had my computer on sleep for a couple hours and just came back and now one of my GPU fans is running at full speed, while the others are completely off. I have a R9 390 and no load to anything, and the fan never runs this fast or loud. What might be causing this? It hasn't done this in months...

1)try restarting your computer

2)If that doesn't work turn off the pc, unplug the power cable from the psu and unplug the gpu and plug it again on the mobos slot.

Also(no offence intended ;) ) check if your pc is dirty inside, there could be that some huge amount of dust/dirt has accumulated on the gpu and is preventing the cards fans to move
