So decided to go with a prebuilt water cooling ( ex. https://goo.gl/rIX5QB ) unit for my new desktop I'm building. I've watched some videos for fan cooling vs Water Cooling, and some downsides of water cooling is that in case the frame of the water cooler breaks, the water can leak and ruin the hardware in the actual desktop. Are there any prebuilt water coolers that are known to last a long time that isn't a custom loop?

Solution
Most* AIO coolers will last a fairly long time (several years).
*Excluding random events and poor units.

Most of the time the money spent on AIO coolers is not worth it, you are better off getting a comparable air cooler for half the price.
If you were to go AIO, you should get an open loop like the H240x2 or similar.
