Am I going to be bottlenecked?

Well, I've recently been interested in purchasing a Zotac gtx 1080 Amp! Extreme, but want to know if I'm going to be CPU bottlenecked. My CPU is an i-7 4820k OC'ed to 4.5 ghz. Any issues because I can't fit a new CPU into my budget but have needed a new gpu for a while.

Thanks a bunch, I understand pcs to a specific level but am rebuilding my 4 year old gaming pc I had built by a reputable company and did not want to worry about trying to squeeze more products in, though it will most likely happen eventually
