Which GPU Is better?

I'd look at 2 things, first the warranty length, then price. Unless the price difference is huge, get the one with the longer warranty. If the warranty is the same, then it's all about price.

Looks solid, but the CPU cooler is a bit of overkill as you can't overclock. I don't see a case on there, so make sure you have room for the cooler.

Otherwise...nice build.
