Stress test CPU not heating up!

My Cpu temp was 25-30 at idle and when I did torture test with prime95 temp would suddenly go to 60 and then slowly down to 50 degrees with fans going full speed.

Now idle CPU temp is 35 even at start and when I do torture test it does not heat immediately. instead slowly goes up... after about 5 minutes it hardly reaches 50.. also fans don't care either and they run at their normal speed.

Why things changed?? why stress testing does not work like before??? is it a software problem or hardware? can it be a virus?

This issue appeared after one blue screen of death. cpu is not overclocked.

Solution
The q-code on the board is most likely reading a thermal probe on the board close to the CPU, most monitoring programs read this temp too, compared to Corsair Link that is likely reading the actual CPU/Core temps.

Aww. sorry for taking your time. Ive checked Corsair Link software which shows all parts temps. The temps are fine. cpu does reach 60 degrees and H100i temp is 31 degrees. some how fans were set to silent mode.

I was looking at onboard temp (displayed on q-code part).. Idk what went wrong with that but Corsair Link shows correct temps. thanks for replies.
