So I know Battlefield 4 has been out for a while (4 years) but this game still gives me sleepless nights.
I got an update sometime March this year (2016) and its become unplayable for me. That's when this issue started.

After this, my CPU usage stays at 95%-100% during the game which causes crazy 5-10 seconds freeze every 5 minutes or so. When running system performance test in BF4, I'm supposed to getting 80fps without no packet loss. Witcher 3, on the other hand, runs at 40-50fps on high with 40% CPU usage.

I've tried numerous fixes. Unparking cores, enable one core per compute unit and user.cfg file edits. Anybody having a similar problem or a fix for it?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

i also think it's overheating bruh, coz i changed my fx 4100 to an fx 6300 with a very mild oc and i played witcher 3 and it's also stuttering like crap so i put a house fan beside the pc and Baym! no more lag ....and also check your psu , i think 550w is not enough? im using 600w true rated to be sure :)
