Hi so I reccently got this new card and procceeded to test it.

Everything seems to work fine in terms of temperatures, FPS and all that stuff but for some reason from the moment I press the computer power button ON the fans won't stop spinning.

They are like locked to a medium but loud speed which wont stop from the second the PC gets energy ever, even if the graphics card is idle.

Other data:

OS: Windows 10 64 Bit (clean install, tested with old Windows 8.1 and same problem)
Drivers: Radeon Software Version 16.9.2
Idle GPU Temperature: 20-24ºc
Processor: i5 6600k
Mobo: Asus Z170 Pro Gaming
RAM: 8GB DDR4 Hyperx 2133
GPU: Sapphire Nitro RX 4gb

No programs running background monitoring graphics or fans other than Wattman, which, by the way, won't let me put fans to 0%.

Any tip?

Solution
I solved the problem. After testing with many monitoring programs, different PCI-E slots, another OS and even other computer it end up being one yellow unplugged wire from the card fan connector. I put it back and everything is working fine now.

Thank you anyway.

20-24C seems really low for idle which makes me think that maybe either the software or hardware is incorrectly reading it. For contrast in the review the idle was listed as 48C and the load as 62C and there is discussion that the 0db mode stops working when the temp is over 50C.

What are you using to measure that temp?
