Should run on that system, make sure you do a BIOS update before installing the new card.
Your CPU is not very good for modern games though, but the new card will enable games to run a lot better than what's in the system now.

Not on high, maybe low or medium. Your CPU us under the requirements for the game, so for smooth play you probably need to be on low settings and maybe 720 instead of 1080 resolution.

Don't know about exact compatibility, but updating the latest BIOS will get you the best results if there are any issues.
