After having sourced a new PSU for my PC, a Corsair VS 550 to replace the Aerocool Integrator from my Aerocool Aero-800 case, I opened up my case to find all the wiring into my components to be very tight and difficult to remove, especially the 24 pin ATX connector, even when pressing down on the tabs firmly.

Im wondering if im being too gentle with trying to remove these wires, or I should be even more careful about removing them. Or if anyone has tips.

Thank you very much.

Solution
Hold the board with the other hand (use just a few fingers to support it not to bend), press that clip really hard and pull out the cable by wiggling it. Use the force... well, use some, not all you can muster ;)

Unfortunately, Fig 9 and 10 are my issue, as the wires are extremely tight and refuse to come out
