RAM filling up

So every so often my RAM fills up completely and I dont know what is doing it. Obviously restarting my PC fixes it, but I'd like to know how to prevent it.

As you can see nothing really uses up all the ram.

I believe you have viruses, my friend. MalwareBytes is your friend here. https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/ Make sure you get the free version, unless you actually want to buy it. Run it, scan, and clean. It more than likely wont get rid of all of them, but it will get the bulk.

This is on a 3 day old W10 64bit install. I highly doubt it.
