Nvidia Driver & Display woes [HELP]

I put this under the PCGaming section because I think that this issue is Software related, not hardware. That being said I'm dumb so idk.

SPECS:

  • -i5 3570K (OC to 4.2GHz)
    -ASUS P8Z77-V
    -Palit GTX 670
    -8GB RAM
    -Corsair TX650
    -2 x generic Samsung 21.5" monitors (1 x hdmi->hdmi, 1 x DP->hdmi) 1080p
    -1 x Benq 144hz XL2411 (DVI -> DVI) 1080p
    -Windows 10 Anniversary Update

There might be a lots of problems and even more solutions :). If am right you have integrated vga on your MBo, see if its enabled in Bios, maybe it's some kind of conflict there. For the display going blank when you log in to widows, it's probably set to secondary in display settings. I don't think it's software problem since you reinstalled Windows so everything is back to default. Try updating your bios or set it back to default settings and make sure on board vga is disabled in bios
