I just bought a new GPU a Geforce 1070(Palit) because my old 780 seemingly broke.
To test my GPU i use Furmark, and when running Furmark it shows the GPU power % jumps from 96-100%.
Is it normal that its not stable on 100%? Or is my GPU not being fed with enough power?
And could it be the reason my old GPU stopped working?
And is there any other ways i can test it?
My PSU is a Raidmax RX-635AP 80+ Brionze, which should provide enough power
