Blu-ray drive and Monitor Soap Opera effect ??

Hey i have a LG Electronics 14x Internal BDXL Blu-Ray Burner Rewriter WH14NS40 - Bulk Drive - Black and Asus VG248QE 3d monitor with 144hz refresh rate. IS there a way to Turn on the Soap Opera effects ? I have a pc AMD FX 6350 with 8 gigs ddr 3 ram and GTX 1070 for Video card a 120 ssd and a 1 Terabyte HD and windows 10 64bit. Any Ideas It looks good But Just plain looking normal Blu-ray HD Like a DVD being played ???

Go to your options on the TV itself using the remote or on panel buttons.
Disable any and all processing effects. Anything that says fast motion, blurr, whatever jargon they use - turn it off.
Most importantly is MEMC. Turn that off.

Few things to try.

Try switching between those 6 modes and look if you get the Soap Opera effect.

Try turning the ASCR off. You can also try lowering the Trace Free and Sharpness values.
