I have 16 gigabytes of RAM and in my windows processes it says I am using +80% without really doing anything. When I add up the memory value being used it comes no where near 80% of my 16GB. Everything has been normal, but today when I started to use my computer and update my video drivers before playing Mafia 3 and then I check my processes because my computer seemed off. Some notifications were popping up as black and then loading in and occasionally my desktop icons and wallpaper disappear and comeback, and windows had stopped working for a minute.
