$700 AMD workstation build [NON GAMING] possible issues?

Really cannot recommend AMD, right now. AM3+ is an old, and dead, platform. It will be replaced with AM4, early next year. That is not a good quality PSU. GTX 960, at that price, is silly now that you can get GTX 1060, 3gb, for a similar cost. 120gb ssd will fill up, fast. 240gb + is recommended.

GTX 1060 3gb is faster than a GTX 960 4gb. Yes the 6gb would be better yet, if the OP can afford it. The 3gb holds its own with the GTX 970.
