Solution
You're going from a bad choice to a worse choice.

You don't need more wattage, in fact a 500w PSu will do for you, you need a better QUALITY PSU.

https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-SuperNOVA-Modular-Warranty-220-G2-0550-Y1/dp/B0106RDI3W/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1475877228&sr=1-1&keywords=550g2&th=1

This is what you want to get.

The reason the CX600 is bad is it has problems with the heavy draw of a GPU.

Also getting a 6700k with that motherboard is a waste of money, you can't overclock it. Get the standard 6700, save a few bucks, use it to buy the better PSU.

Solution
the EVGA B1 is barely better than the CX600, please don't get this unit

if you won't be overclocking a ~500W unit will do fine.

I suggest an EVGA Supernova G2 or a Corsair RMx/RMi with 550W
if money is tight, look for a XFX TS / Core / Pro, a Seasonic M12II / S12II / G, an EVGA Supernova B2 or a Corsair CXM-550
the CXM series with the -50W is the new, updated series that's much better

That EVGA 700w psu is not any better than the CX600. It may even be worse.

If you're not looking to overclock, just get the regular i7 6700. No point in spending so much extra for the 6700k and then you have to buy a cpu cooler too because they K model doesn't come with one.

That motherboard is fine. Would be perfect with an i7 6700.

To be honest I can't really afford to spend more then like 50 on a psu what about a basic evga 500w I don't want a super nova

if you can't afford a 50+ PSU then you can't afford your CPU / GPU combo
that being said, you can get a Seasonic or XFX PSU pretty cheap usually

If you cant afford to spend the money on a good psu then you can't afford a GTX 1070. Powering your equipment properly is the most important part of your system.

If you can get your hands on a Corsair CX550M thats about as low as I would go, they usually go around $60 on sale.

Power Supply: Corsair CXM 550W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($39.99 @ Newegg)

There are not many OEM psu manufacturers that have their own brand, like Seasonic or SuperFlower. Evga is a brand, not an OEM, they do not make their own psu. They have others, like chanel well, Seasonic, SuperFlower, HEC etc make the psu, then stick their own brand label on it. Consequently, you can get great Evga units, or real pieces of junk. (that wasn't the word I wanted to use).

EVGA does not make psus. They rely on other oems to build units form them at which time they slap their label on it and put it in a box. Same thing for Corsair. As a result of this, EVGA/Corsair have some GREAT units, some "ok" units, and some pretty bad units.

They don't make PSUs, they ar emade by various manufacturers for them. The B2/G2/P2 series is excellent as is the GS. They are made by Superflower and Seasonic respectively. Any of the cheap models are made by CWT and are low end. Just because people build with them doesn't mean they are good, they are mostly ticking time bombs.

Excellent use of Rebates, this is a minimum I suggested as well

Garbage.

Look at the link I posted and Karadjgine as well. Its $60, and $40 after rebate if you buy from Newegg, Its the bare minimum.

Its easy, just connect the cables you need and ignore the cables you don't.

Its 60 bucks, right, $10 more for a PSU thats not crap.

Corsair actually has engineers who know power supplies and work closely with their OEMs, so CWT. It's not just CWT's work and they throw on a label. EVGA also definitely would play a part in the design process of the PSUs.

The higher the quality, the better the chances if silence, as attained through usage. You can run the best psu, with the most silent fan at 100%, but you'll hear the fan, it'll sound d as loud as a piece of junk at 20%.

But yes, the CXM is pretty quiet.

There are those who'll say the Seasonic 520/620 M12-II fans are terrible, extremely loud, but I own one, it's pushing a 3570k at 4.3GHz and a 660ti that Max oc'd and the system runs 24/7, sees constant usage from my wife/2x daughters and is silent beyond 1ft away unless I'm stress testing. Can't hear the psu at all.
So volume of fans on a quality psu is really irrelevant, be drowned out easily by either the cpu or gpu or both.

Yeah it will work very well. The H7 is an excellent cooler as well. You can't BCLK overclock with that board, but the 6700k is a little bit faster than the 6700 but its not worth the price difference.
