I'm planning a new PC build soon so i'm willing to sell my current one but not sure how much for though.
Current Pc:http://pcpartpicker.com/list/hyKZQV
the GPU I bought off of Newegg so for the price look for it there.

Solution

Give it to him for $300.

It would be better to sell that GPU on its own, rather than drag it down with the rest of that hardware.

Well, My cousin was wanting a gaming PC and I was going to sell it to him (he would only want the whole thing he doesn't build his own PCs) so I was looking for an estimate.

How much is it worth to him?
Often, he who says the number first, loses.

He said he has a budget of like 300-400 and was gonna buy one of the crap ones off amazon and I really wasn't sure how much he should pay for it.

You would be lucky to get that.

It is only 'worth' what someone else will pay for it.

1. You can try to get more from a random sale. And be holding on to it for months, if not more
2. You have a pretty much guaranteed sale with your cousin
3. It is your cousin. Don't screw him over. You will be interacting with this dude for years
4. You get to be the 'good dude', and get him a better PC than what he would find online for $400

Give it to him for $300.
