I recently upgraded my RAM on Lenovo g505s from 8GB to 16GB. Now my laptop is restarting with BSOD randomly. I am able to use the laptop but suddenly it restarts with BSOD message memory management.

Here is My Laptop CPU-Z info - https://postimg.org/image/b9aad3vrr/

looks like you mixed two brands of ram in your laptop. Is that right(i.e Adata and SK Hynix)? If not, can you please take a picture of both your ram's stickered information?

2| Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date?

3| Based off of your laptop's specifications page,
Memory
Up to 16 GB DDR3L-1600 MHz, 2 SODIMM slota (1 x 2 GB/2 x 2 GB/1 x 4 GB/1 x 2 GB+1 x 4 GB/2 x 4 GB/1 x 8 GB/2 x 8 GB)
which means you should invest in a 2x8GB DDR3L 1600MHz kit instead of mixing and matching rams to achieve a theoretical cumulative memory capacity.
