Hello everybody, I decided to get my first SSD for Windows and maybe few games that take long times to load on a normal HDD, therefore I decided to go with 240-250GB SSD's. However I have been out of the hardware market for a long time now, therefore I have no idea which SSD is best. All the SSD's I was looking at are around £60 price range, but I'm able to go over it, if it is really needed.
My marketplace is Amazon.co.uk, but they sell all popular brands, so giving me names would be just fine if you're not familiar with it.

Never heard of that company, but it does seem like it's doing very well against others. However, 850EVO is about £24 more expensive, and has a longer warranty. My question is, is it worth it? I could wait a bit longer, I mean the SK SSD is not in stock until 11th, and I could probably add the extra £24, if it's really worth it.

It is not really worth it IMO, SK is one of the world's larger DIMM/NAND producers that is really just getting into selling their own brand. SK also has a reasonably good toolkit, which is what set Samsung and Intel apart from others early on.

Well, the item takes forever to be dispatched and other website says it's end of life. So I need another suggestion. Same price, same size.
I recently heard something about WD releasing their SSD, are they any good?

It appears I found two different models on the same make(Didnt see the difference) one is new one is end of life.

So it does appear like I can go with that SSD this Friday if the stock doesn't run out, hopefully. But just in the worst case scenario, what other SSD can I get?
Amazon and Scan have quick deliveries on pretty much any product that is sold by them. On Amazon just below the name is the estimated delivery time, and on scan it's to the right of the name.

Adata SP550 240GB
OCZ Trion 150 240GB
Crucial MX300 275GB

All of these are within the US$55-75 range, so I'd assume that in GB, it would be that number but in pounds (seems to be how they price electronics over there). They're not top-of-the-line, but they're not absolute garbage (coughKingstoncough).

Of the other drives that are on Scan, I would go with the Corsair Force LE 240GB for £62.48 inc VAT if that Hynix is unavailable.

Okay, well unfortunately most SSD can be delivered during my holiday(After Monday), which is kind of a bummer. However, on Scan I can get the Corsair Force LE 240GB for £80 if I want it delivered tomorrow. So now this is just my final question, before I decide on the purchase. Should I wait and get an SSD after my holiday, or should I get the Corsair Force LE now? It is very likely that after I come back, the Hynix will be available.
Thanks for telling me about the Kingston SSD's, was thinking of buying them for a second.

EDIT: I luckily found a website that Sells SK Hynix SL 308 250GB within my price range and offers next day delivery.

Done a quick research, it is a trusted and respect site. So now the question is, Corsair (Other others) vs Hynix. From a quick search I see that Hynix is slightly better, although would like someone more educated in this topic to give me the final decision.
Sorry for the amount of questions ask and so on... This is my first SSD, and I rarely buy stuff for my PC, so I would like to get the best one for the money.
