I have a hyper t2 and was going to put it in mu computer when I got thermal paste for is but I realized there was already thermal paste for it in the box. Anyways how good is the thermal paste it comes with?

As good as any if you hace it theres no reason to buy more to replace it :)
Excluding the liquid metal type pastes theres isnt much of a reason to change it for another its only a 3-4c difference at most
