Fans turn on at power on but turn off at windows log on screen

So, I power up and my fans turn on like normal but when it gets to log on screen, they turn off and stay off even after windows loads up (All of my case fans). I have a bunch of different fan profile setups in asus ai suite 3 that I normally go into as soon as windows loads and pick one, for silent or gaming or whatever.

The fans will turn back on after I have selected a profile but it's never done this before like this and I couldn't find anything through google. Any ideas?

Hmmm...so it's only done it the last 3 days and only at power on after it's been off all night. I just rebooted to go into bios to double check everything again but I missed it, it skipped past, went to logon screen and fans stayed on. Powered off and back on and fans turned on like normal. Maybe it was just some random fluke, I'll test it tomorrow after it's been off overnight.

So I went and ran a couple errands, shut it off for an hour and a half or so and it did it again when it started up. Any ideas? Nothings changed in the bios, I haven't done any major windows updates lately or bios updates or changed performance settings or anything.
