Need help reinstalling Win 8 !!!

Me and My Friend installed Win 10 Insider Preview long time ago i.e., before Win 10 release I installed on my PC and He on his laptop but while doing so he completely formatted his PC even his Backup and also converting to Legacy Boot and later Dual Booting with Kali Linux....but now he need to give his laptop to another guy and thus requires the original Win 8 to be installed is there any way to install Win 8 again apart from buying Win 10 Key

We managed to install the OS using one of those Pirated Win 8.1 versions from OnHax because we couldn't find the official iso's...And even after signing in from the microsoft account we couldn't get the OS ACTIVATED

Sorry, but we don't help with pirated software.

Tom's Hardware does not support any form of software piracy. None. Period.

You should not use pirated software as you can not be sure of what else might be installed when installing the OS. Also, it is simply theft.

I personally doesn't support piracy as well but we thought that it will take the original product key of the Laptop after signing in with the account
