I usually play csgo and whenever i want to add someone, a weird type of steam page appears. Its kinda basic HTML view of the web page. Its very difficult to use it and I always have to add people from my phone.
This view is also the same in google chrome. this view comes when i open steam community whereas steam store opens in normal mode. The screenshot of that view is -

how can i change this view to standard view?
