NZXT H440 Chassis PWM Fan Hub Broken?

Last night as I finished building my pc, I was putting the side covers back onto the case, and it was a tight fit, resulting in what looks like a capacitor on the PWM hub being pushed to one side. It's still fully connected for sure on the left, but in the picture below, it looks like something (under the "C4") that might have been attached to the right of the capacitor broke off?

The fans all still turn on when I power on the PC, but I'm worried that soon the capacitor might short or something and cause damage to the motherboard or anything else.

Solution
That capacitor isn't working since you broke one of it's two connecting pins.

Here's an image how it should look:

Unmount your PWM fan hub and solder the 2nd connector back or bring it to someone who knows how to solder.
