PCIe internal USB 3.0 + internal SATA 3

Hi guys,

I want to connect my USB 3.0 front panel (no more room in mobo) and would be great if that card has SATA 3 slots available (running out of these as well).
I'm struggling to find such a combination - anybody has seen one?

No, you won't find that. You might want to consider buying a higher-end motherboard that's compatible with your current CPU and RAM. That's the best way to get more USB and SATA ports. You can do this even if you have an older CPU by looking on eBay.
