Can install from bios windows 10 to ssd? And how, no hardrive.

Solution

'the file'
What file are we speaking of?
You will still need a license. This is the part that actually costs money.

Have you already purchased this SSD? Which one, and how much did you pay for it?

I'm not entirely sure, but you seem to be asking 2 questions:

1. How to install Windows 10
2. Can you an SSD as the only drive.

Is this correct?

1. Purchase Windows 10. It will arrive as either a DVD or USB. Or a ISO download
You use this to install the OS. You don't install it 'from the BIOS'.

2. Yes, an SSD as the only drive is OK, if it is large enough.

Yes its paid already by my institution (multiple edition). I following the instruction provided I successfully created a bootable usb and burned to the usb with windows 7 dvd/usb tool. My SSD is PNY 120 GIG.
