Quick Build help needed please.

Hello there , here is the computer build I shall be buying in next 5-10 days:
Asus Gtx 100 Rog Strix
i7 6700k
16gb ddr4 ram 2666MHz
Coolermaster hyper 212x
Evga Power Supply 600w
1 tb HDD
Asus Z170-A

The question is : Should I proceed and buy the Build I just wrote, Or, Instead of 6700k Get 6700, and Instead 1070, Get 1080 Gigabyte G1?
This Pc I plan to use for Gaming mainly, and plan for it to be able to run everything smoothly in years to come.

Sadly,If I want to get 1080 I will need to go for 6700 because of my budget. I don't quite know which one is more important,future wise.. A 6700k processor or 1080 graphics card

get the 6700k cpu as the GPU will come down in price latter so a 1070 will work well

you know if you want to save some $ go with a I5 6600k and the rog MB OC the piss out of it up to 4.5 gz this will game well and get the 1080

I alredy made a deal for most of the parts except Ram,Processor and Graphics which is why I needed this. WIll most likely take your advice with 6700k and get another graphics card in a year or so if needed

the 1070 is a good card you will get 2-3 years out of it
