Hey guys so I'm looking at a few motherboards, I'm not quite sure witch one to choose from

1. ASUS Z170-P http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132571&cm_re=ASUS_Z170-P-_-13-132-571-_-Product

2. ASUS Z170-P D3 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA1K646B0087&cm_re=ASUS_Z170-P_D3-_-9SIA1K646B0087-_-Product

3. ASUS B150 Pro Gaming/Aura http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132693&cm_re=ASUS_B150_Pro_Gaming%2fAura-_-13-132-693-_-Product

4. GIGABYTE GA-Z170XP-SLI http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128841&cm_re=GIGABYTE_GA-Z170XP-SLI-_-13-128-841-_-Product

5. GIGABYTE GA-H170-GAMING 3 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128863&cm_re=GIGABYTE_GA-H170-GAMING_3-_-13-128-863-_-Product

and from CPU I'm undecided of either getting

1. Intel Core i3-6100 3M 3.7 GHz LGA 1151 >>> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=2MN-0004-00002

2. Intel Core i5-6400 6 MB Skylake Quad-Core 2.7 GHz LGA 1151 >>> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117564

I do a bit of multi task in the mornings usually on the web , video call ( skype ), got a program o software open that takes about 1Gb of memory

Also on my build im adding either 2 sticks of 4Gb or can I just add one stick of 8Gb ( I wanna put another one within a year for a total of 16Gb Ram )

** HDD 1Tb

** Asus DVDRW 24x

** CORSAIR CX-M series CX600M 600W 80 PLUS BRONZE http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA85V3RA7634&cm_re=CORSAIR_CX600M-_-17-139-048-_-Product

I'm not adding a GPU yet but if you guys know of any on the low budget with nice results. I'm more than likely glad to hear them to take a look at them. Once again Thanks for the help if I'm missing anything else let me know guys .

alright, there's definitely some advise to be given.

the PSU selected is unfortunately a really bad one
generally adding new RAM is kind of a lottery. sometimes works, sometimes don't. sometimes works partially. best is to buy a kit with the amount of RAM you need and want.
as for MoBo/CPU it depends on your budget

where are you located? how much do you want to spend?
what's the purpose of this build? just youtube/skype`?

since neither of the CPUs you are looking at a K series there is no point in getting a Z170 motherboard. Save money at get a H170, H110 or B110.

From your description it sounds like you are build for general usage, not gaming. In that light an i3-6100 is more than enough for your needs.

For RAM yes you can go with one 8 GB stick now and double up later. However when you do so to insure the highest chance of it working right be sure the 2nd stick is the exact same brand/model number. The more you deviate from that the higher the chance that the RAM won't work.

For low power, low end GPU look to the 750ti.

Hey Isokolon , Thanks for helping well I'm willing to spend about 550 dollars. The purpose is for work in the mornings and play a few video games at night ( playing counter strike source so any graphics card will do ) yeah i wanna get to play some recent ones but in the future when i have enough for a decent graphics card. Right now I just want my build to be in a good start for a future gaming gig. Wanna be able to connect 2 monitors ( maybe even 3 in the future ) not for gaming but for work, as soon as im done work im hooking them off. Can I get some advice for a nice start build. Thanks

Thanks Alot I like what I see. On the i5 6500 in my country I'm able to get the Intel BX80662I56400 Core i5-6400 Processor 2.7 GHz, Socket LGA 1151, 4 MB Cache Memory will this operate about the same as the one you listed ?

It will not perform the same but it is also a good CPU actually it is similar to i5-6500 but with lower clock speed. There will be a difference but will not be a major one.

Thanks for the help King just one quick think i notice was that I'm able to get the GIGABYTE GA-B150M-D3H-GSM not the Gigabyte GA-B150M-DS3H Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard you listed will that work ? what will I be loosing with the one I'm able to get. Thanks one again

Don't go with that board as it supports DDR3 RAM not DDR4 RAM. It will be useless. Try getting any B150 boards from Gigabyte or ASUS which supports DDR4 RAM.

Actually get that ASUS B150 Pro Gaming/Aura it is the best B150 board with great features. The only reason I went with Gigabyte B150 Motherboard is to save few bucks. As it is not available go for ASUS it is the best.

Hey King so the Asus B150 Pro Gaming/Aura wiil be ok with a Corsair CXM 550W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply im not adding a graphics card yet. After all I was able to get the i5 6500 so that was a + . Thanks in advance

CXM 450 is a good one but when I added the CXM 550 the price was low. Don't know why there is this price fluctuation in Newegg.
