Cant find Recovery disc for laptop

hard disk 1 301 error was on my HP laptop so i got a new hard drive but i cant find my recovery disc so i went to the HP website but cant find where i can order a new one
My laptop is a HP Envy 14 Notebook
product number-LW399UA#ABA

Is your product key underneath your laptop, if so tell me what os version it is meant for.
Examples could be windows 8/10 home, windows 8/10 professional oem edition.

it says Windows 7 Home Prem OA

Ok then you maybe in luck depending on if you use windows 7 home 32bit or 64bit.
This one will work for 64bit only if you have more than 3gb of ram installed.

You will need windows7usbtool to get the job done right with a good flash drive of 8gb.

The installation will take roughly 40 minutes at best if not sooner.
