Ping statistics for 74.125.21.105:
Packets: Sent = 24, Received = 24, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 51ms, Maximum = 959ms, Average = 134ms

There is no Ethernet wiring in my house and adapters don't work due to low power max per room.
Now here's what I have done:

Rebooted Router + Modem multiple times
Switched out network cards
Rebooted PC multiple times
Moved PC around room
Ran Anti-viruses (Norton & Avast)
Switched USBs network cards were in
Tested Laptop directly on-top of PC, didn't have ping spikes
Switched wireless channels

And that's what I attempted, and the problem is still there. I don't know what to do, and multiplayer gaming is impossible. If some one knows the fix for this, please help me.

Solution
You'll have to try a new router as it's possible your current one is faulty, but you'll never know unless you replace it.

I've had endless problems with low-cost and middle of the road routers. The only way I fixed all those problems was by digging deeper in to my pockets and buying an expensive Billion router costing £150. Eye-watering price but worth every penny.

I can't absolutely say it's the router but it's a strong possibility.

That's all I have to say, many other members know more than me on this subject, don't know why you PM'ed me.
