So i was in the middle of playing a game and noticed my gpu was at 87c and was throttling a bit, so i took a look and somehow the 6+2 power cord that splits off of the other one in my rx 480 was touching one of the fans and not allowing it to spin. i moved the cord and the fan started turning again after a few seconds. how bad is it to hold a fan thats trying to spin? hopefully didnt burn up the motor a bit
did i just damage my gpu fan at all?

this is a case by case issue you will most likely be fine but you could have a look at the fans spinning in tandem and see of there is a difference
