Solution
Hey there, Omar.

It was a good suggestions by @Colif, but if it didn't help you could try updating your BIOS/UEFI, to see if that fixes things up. Also, I'd recommend that you test the drive for errors with its manufacturer's diagnostic tool, just to make sure that it has no issues whatsoever.
Another option would be to get in touch with the laptop manufacturer's customer support and explain your situation, to see if you're having some sort of incompatibility issue (even though this is unlikely in most cases).

Hope that helps. Please keep us updated.

Thank you for responding, I used the default settings on the BIOS and I took off the battery, I still have the same problem, BIOS does not see the internal hard drive.

I did not find the solution of the problem yet, I updated the BIOS on that computer using (windows to go).
But thank you for helping, I am still working and checking the machine to find the problem.

Did you manage to get around testing the SSD with a diagnostic tool. Sometimes, when there's a fault of some sort with a drive might be recognized by one computer and not by another. That's why it's recommended that with similar issues you always try the SSD/HDD with a different computer (mostly for recovery and/or testing purposes if it's recognized properly).

So give it a go with a diagnostic tool, to see what happens.

Sounds a good idea, but Lenovo does not support a diagnosis tool on the computer, do you know a third part can I download the diagnostic tool from them?

thanks for your helping.
