Does the motherboard or ram help the gaming performance when using an fm2 build?

I have:
•asrock fm2a58m-vg3+ r2.0
• A4-6300
•1 x 4gb corsair vengeance 1600mhz

I currently play only Dota 2(40-50fps on all video graphice), for now since I'm still working, I want to play the game with better fps. If I upgrade to kaveri will it help if I upgraded my motherboard or ram?

P.S. I have very limited cash right now so I want to go with the lowest possible rate where i can play the game on high settings with atleast 60fps

I will get a GPU when I go back to gaming is life mode, I dont want to buy a low-end gpu and upgrade when the time comes. I have a vs650 PSU though so im pretty sure i can handle what gpu i would get in the future.

Yest it is, so for now which should i upgrade on my rig? will upgrading to a10 suffice or will including a motherboard upgrade improve it more?
