Which graphics card would you recommend? The MSI Armor Gtx 1060 3GB or RX470 4GB Asus Strix? I've seen gaming performance they are fairly similar but Im going to use it also for video editing, animation, rendering stuff all in all besides gaming at 1080p. The price difference is 5euros, gtx 1060 being cheaper so which one should I get?
Prices: GTX 1060 3GB 225€
RX 470 4GB 230€

Rest if config if it helps:

AMD FX8320E watercooled, 8GB DDR3 1866MHZ, GA990x Gaming SLI MB, Kingston 120GB UV400 SSD, 600w psu dont know which one though

gtx 1060 is ~20% faster in gta 5. thr rest of the games you mentioned are very to handle for both.

considering the apps you mentioned you wont see any difference between those cards since they are more cpu dependant.

imo gtx 1060 is the better card here and since you find them at the same...

The performance of the cards is very similar. It depends on the software you re using. You should see if the apps you re using benefit more from CUDA(nvidia) or OpenGL(amd). Davinci Resolve and Adobe for example benefit more from CUDA than OpenGL.

I intend to use Adobe software, Photoshop, indesign, illustrator, ae and premiere and for 3D Cinema4D, Maya and similar( i think those two benefit more from OpenGL) and I'd play games like GTA V, LoL, Cs:GO, Dota and BF1.

Still dunno which to take since they are so similar
