Solution
No overclocking

With overclocking (this board has a seperate CPU blck multiplier so can overclock locked CPU's)

Personally don't think the WS black is worth the extra over the blue.

You can get a 2tb tosh less than the black & its a damn good drive.

Can't fault the rest mate really.
You could drop to the cx550m in all honesty as its more than enough.
I'd swap the 212 evo out for a cryorig h7, €10 more but worth it & easier to fit...

A Z170-A or Z170 Pro Gaming are excellent motherboards (features, build quality, components).
As for your build, you have selected almost the most expensive version of GTX 1060 in that store.
You have decent cards starting at 266 (70 euro less).
this would be my choice (EVGA has the best support/warranty/service) https://tweakers.net/pricewatch/567245/evga-geforce-gtx-1060-sc-gaming-6gb.html (BTW, higher factory clocks than MSI)
and if you want a more expensive, over engineered (overkill card) which will not perform better than above and yet with even higher factory clocks and still cheaper than MSI : https://tweakers.net/pricewatch/598885/evga-geforce-gtx-1060-6gb-ftw+-gaming-acx-30.html
On the spared money, go for the i5-6600K even if you are not overclocking now. it has higher clocks out of the box and will let you to get another 15-25% of performance by overclock if you ever need it.
