I would like to play all kind of new games mostly GPU intensive games and some CPU intensive games like Dark souls 2 and 3, witcher 3, GTA V, Shadow of mordor, Batman Arkham Knight, Dying light etc......
I hope the i3-6100 is powerful enough for them(so that I could make my dad spend more on the GPU)
I use a 50 inch 1080p LED tv as a monitor.
So which graphic card should I go for

Planning to build
i3-6100 CPU

ASUS B150M-PLUS motherboard(It has a lot of Usb 3.1 ports and type C too and saw good rating on a site http://motherboardbenchmark.net/asus-b150m-plus/)-Please do suggest any motherboad which you think is better than this one and costs the same or less

G.Skill Ripjaws V series 8GB(1 X 8GB) 2400 c15 (I know only z170 supports above 2133 but the stores near me doesn't have a 2133 ram I'm thinking about buying the Kingston Hyper X Fury 2133 which is C14)

2tb Seagate Barracuda @7200 RPM 64MB Cache

PSU thinking about buying any good PSU available at the stores nearby

Case I found Foxin FC 6605 it's cheap and has a USB 3.0 and has a windows looks good for the price

CPU cooler will be using just the stock cooler as im not going to overclock unless if anyone could suggest me a good cheap z170 motherboard equal or better than ASUS B150M-PLUS

as im from India the prices of everything is too high I thinking about saving money as much as possible to get in a GTX 1060 but some youtubers say that i3-6100 wont let me use the full power of the 1060 so confused which GPU to buy for this build

i3-6100 - Rs.8700 - $131
ASUS B150M-PLUS - Rs.8200 - $121 (Please suggest if there's any mobo better than this at the same or less price)
G.Skill Ripjaws V series 8GB(1 X 8GB) 2400 c15 - Rs.2900 - $44
2tb Seagate Barracuda @7200 RPM 64MB Cache -Rs. 5600 - $83
ASUS DVD 24x Optical Drive -Rs. 1000 - $15
Keyboard and Mouse I would just use my old one - $0 - $0
Foxin FC 6605 Case -Rs.1800 -$27

So Approx. $420 or Rs.28200(INR)
That's how much it costs without the GPU
The lowest price version of GPU's I can find in my country are listed below pls suggest one of this
GTX 1060 - Rs.18500 - $277
GTX 960 - Rs.16200 - $243
RX 470 - Rs.17000 - $255
GTX 950 - Rs.12200 - $183

Please advice

you can't get a higher clock than 2133MHz anyway. so any stick higher clocked than 2133MHz will be downclocked.
generally lower latency is better but you won't notice a real difference between CL14, CL15 and CL16. you gotta keep in mind, those are frictions of a second, it doesn't make a difference in gaming that' you'd be able to notice
u have got gud deals on those parts so better stick to them...

> 6100 is pretty capabale of delivering enuf power for those games...maybe not as much as i7 but still plenty enuf for ur requirement...

> ddr4 2400 is not compatible with that motherboard...u need to change that to ddr4 2133...

> try to get the gtx 1060 as its is a better card than the rest...

the i3 is fine, it might struggle a bit in GTA V and games that use the frostbite engine. if you can afford an i5-6500, that would be my go-to, but the i3 is a very capable CPU

for GPU definitely go with the GTX 1060 or the Rx480 (whatever you get at a better price)

the ASUS board is good, but it depends on pricing. If you can get a Gigabyte G1.Sniper B7 or a Gigabyte H170 Gaming 3 for the same price or cheaper, go with them. if the ASUS is cheaper than those, stick with it. fine board.

as for RAM: Ripjaws V are usually a bit pricier than for example Crucial Ballistix or Corsair Vengeance. I'd pick the cheapest RAM supported by your board (check the support-list on the manufacturers homepage). when you're at a tight budget, every penny thrown @CPU/GPU is worth it.
If it's only Kingston CL14 vs. Ripjaws CL15 and they are the same price, go with the Kingston

Which is important higher clock (2400 vs 2133) or lower latency (C14(Kingston) VS C15(G.SKILL) VS C16(CORSAIR))

Ok then I'll go for the lowest priced option during purchase
