Hello everybody i have been with playing my pc since 2 years and there was no problem. However, one day i started getting low fps in games and i found that my 4.0 ghz cpu was running as 1.4 ghz and my 1100 mhz gpu was running as 350mhz and I couldn't find a way to fix it please help
My pc is;
Amd fx-8350 4.0 ghz stock clocked
8 gb kingston 1866mhz ram
Gtx 960 2gb gpu
650watt psu
Msi gaming 970 mobo
And there is something else when i switched pc on after bios screen the bios freezes and dot circle comes and then the windows opens its like delaying windows to open for like 10 seconds or something its just driving me crazy there was nothing like this before.
