What to do after a clean install of windows 10?

E.g. Get drivers, disk clean up... Any thing you believe needs to be done to get your computer running perfect.
List everything! Especially if computer isn't running right.

run windows update - get latest updates
check motherboard makers web site for drivers (though Win 10 will attempt to do that for you)
set up browsers
start installing files
no need for disk clean, its a fresh install, what can you clean up?
make a back up image if you can once you have drivers and updates installed
