Hello, I have a desktop gaming PC i recently built. I noticed the components were over heating, so I installed a exhaust fan in the back of my computer, problem is, now the exhaust fan is noticeably audible even with other noises going on. Also it seems the fan is at full speed even when the computer is idle. Any help on how I can fix this?
