Well, if you can afford an i5, you definitely should go that route. I've also updated the MB to a better one that has 4 RAM slots and an M.2 slot.

Well, for 250 you cant get a GPU and pltform. And that platform is too weak for a 250 GPU, so..

looking them up at the moment , i was thinking this
Asrock 990FX Motherboard (Socket AM3+, Killer ATX)
HyperX FURY 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) 1866 MHz DDR3 CL10 DIMM Memory Module Kit - Red
AMD FX 8350 Black Edition "Vishera" CPU (8 Core, AM3+, Clock 4.0 GHz, Turbo 4.2 GHz, 8 MB L3 Cache, 125 W

and then sometime later a good gpu

never had intel before thats the only reason i chose amd

AMD is about 5 years behind. Until they release Zen next year, anything you buy on the CPU side from them is basically money thrown away.
And a cheap i3 outperforms an 8350 in most games. An i5 wipes the floor with it.

Lol I just heard it was a few month away , looks like im gonna have to rethink , i5 it is then , what's a good mobo , something good , not something budget , id luke to get emerced in the games not just play them

Go for the last build i posted. Add a GPU when you can.
Also, do get a good PSU as teh one you have is crap and may fry your shiny new build. This is a good deal if you hurry: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139147&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

Ok , got some gear on way , I live real remote , so went the easy option , what I have coming is -

INTEL Skylake Core i5 6600K 3.5Ghz CPU, ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming Motherboard & 16GB 3200Mhz DDR4 Corsair Vengeance LPX RAM Pre-Built Bundle
Hope your happy with that Hisgsz , now I have a 1000 w fractal psu which I'm hoping will be ok with that , I know its overkill but , well I have one !! Once its all in case ill think about gpu , will go for minimum 6gb , any recommendations greatly appreciated, just hoping I can play whatever I like when its all together

yeah but what i have keeps crashing and i dont know why already lost loads from wiping hd , keep having to strip it down thought it was a cable at first or gc itself, nope maybe sata point on board, it is just really random and weird tried unplugging all the starting up with one thing at a time and all goes well then next day it crashes again , and i start over again , fed up so new bits on way

Good stuff.
As for GPU, what you can afford, in this order: GTX 1070 > GTX 1060 6GB > RX 480(8/4GB) > GTX 1060 3GB > RX 470
