Need a new graphic card for 1080p gaming at ultra

I have
Mobo: Gigabyte ga b75 d3h
Ram : 6gb Samsung (4+2)
Processor: i5 3450s
And my mobo supports only directx 11
What else do i need to upgrade?
What psu will be best?
Will anything bottleneck the gpu?
If i buy the 1060 will it be supported in my rig?
Im from india if that matters
Ps: I'm a noob in building a pc

the 1060 would be great! the cpu should be able to keep up with it, atleast in most situations. it uses the 1155 socket so future upgrade oppurtunites are plenty. a 400w psu would have no problems powering it. 8 gb of ram is recommended, but 6 gb will be fine for the most part.

^It's not just the PSU power, burt quality as well.

Yes 6gb is ok, but it's likely running at 1333 which will impact performance. A proper 1600 8gb kit will.help.

Further, while the CPU should be ok, it'll.boost to 3.2 per core which is going to possibly hold you back.
