A motherboard got damaged. I cannot say what caused it. Testing the power supply it did not work. Got a new power supply. Motherboard did not work.
Tested hdd, dvd burner, usb wifi and keyboard and mouse and they work.
What about the ddr3 ram modules? If I want to test the ram modules on another motherboard, can they destroy the motherboard?

Solution
They can potentially damage another board. Thats why you should inspect them first. If there is no visible signs of damage to then its unlikly they will damage the board.

Turns out I had not connected power supply to 4pin cpu power.
After doing that, computer worked. Tested ram modules one by one with memtest. One ram modul damaged. Computer would not start with that modul.
