I just got this motherboard but do not know how to update the bios, im sort of a noob to this. I use to have a msi motherboard and used msi update utility, does asus have one of those?
I also just installed a i7 6700k am i suppose to update something for it?
please help

mobo: asus sabertooth z170s
cpu: i7 6700k
gpu: gtx 1070
psu evga supernova 750
ram: crucial 16 gig 2400mhz
water cooler: hi100 corsair.
ssd: sandisk ultra 480g
