Is my Hard Drive Dead?

I recently built a pc with 3 hard drives. The one I am currently working with (and having problems with) is a WD5000LPVX, 500gb of space. My problem is that it shows up in disk manager, but the entire drive is "RAW" data(unusable). Unfortunately, it will not let me format it either. Does anyone know a fix for this, or is it completely dead?

Run crystaldiskinfo and post a picture of the results.

Not really. What would have really sucked would be to have lost some critical data. HDDs die. You know that from the moment you buy one.
