I need some help with mods right now in Arma because it seems that it's impossible to join any servers for me. Every server appears to have different mods, and although i'm thankful that it only 'loads' necessary mods to avoid any potential interference with gameplay, i can never seem to have enough mods. How am i to join a server if every server has a different set of mods. My main problem is with the exile mods, either i'm missing files or the version of Exile is not even compatible with the server. i really don't know how people do it. do they dedicate themselves to a single server. I'm new to arma and would appreciate any help you could give me. (i swear if you need atlas to play exile i'm gonna flip)

Best place to start looking for help with mods in ARMA 3 is the forum on Steam:

Or you can go right to the Bohemia Interactive forums:

And then there's :

From what I know, the "best Mods" (Exile included) require most (All) of the DLC and quite a few mods (You've noticed they change from server to server). I don't know if they have been updated to require assets from the Apex DLC (I'm guessing you meant Apex and not Atlas)

I think you can contact the people running whichever modded Arma 3 server you are interested in joining to get a list of what mods/DLC are required. Most (if not all)...

Most (if not all) modded servers that are public are run by small to large groups that also maintain a webpage with their server/clan/group info (including required mods/DLC)
