new i5 setup, cooling questions

So I'm about to do an update to my pc .I'll be going from an fx4350 to an Intel I5 6600k .New mobo, ram and hdd, I will be keeping my gtx970 and current psu.

My question is about cpu cooling. Currently running a cooler master seidon 120 liquid cooler, but also have a cooler master hyper 212 air. Which would you guys use?

Also will probably be letting the other system go cheap, so if anyone is in the market for an Asus formula rog mobo, fx4350, and gskills 1866 ram, let me know. I'll be placing a classified ad when the time comes. But if any interest before let me know.

Thanks .

Solution
The Seidon will offer better cooling performance than the 212 Evo, probably the better choice. :)
I can put together a build for you if you give me a budget though, just give me a shout.

I would go with the water cooler. I use a corsair h60 (120mm rad with push pull config) for my i7-3820 overclocked to 4.625Ghz and its never let me down. I don't see why you would want to use the 212 if you got a water cooler. Also, I might be interested in the ram, How much gb in total and how much GB per stick.
