which one is better? the zotac 760 is old but will it perform better than the gtx 750 ti with my amd 4300 cpu?

GTX 760 is far better GPU than GTX 750 Ti.

If i'd be you, i'd buy it brand new.

With refurbished (used) parts, it's always the thing that you never know how long they will last and if they even work. And in most cases, parts doesn't come with any warranty.

If you can afford it, cash out an extra 20 dollars for an RX 460. It offers GTX 950 levels of performance.
