I'm only noticing this issue on this one game in particular (Assassin's Creed Unity) which is the game I'm wanting to record on high settings with Nvidia's GeForce Experience.
I can play and record with settings maxed out on Ultra with no issue. But when I turn settings down to High or less I get 100% CPU usage (even when not recording) and it causes my recordings to stutter.
Even on Low settings CPU usage is 100%. I can switch back to Ultra and CPU usage goes back down, making recording normal again.
I previously had an i3-4160 and this issue also occurred.
Video of recorded gameplay, stuttering starts at 1:02 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4z-MC4bMHOM
Why does this happen?
