My pc has been restarting without notice while I play games that stress the hardware, but it doesn`t suffer from overheating, the max temperature I`ve recorded is 75C.
I have also checked the memory with WMD, Scanned my PC for malware with Kaspersky, I don`t really know what could be causing the resets, and I suspect my PSU is failing to deliver enough power, the last time I checked there were some events 41 kernel-power on the system event log.
My specs are:
Processor: I5-4460 3.2GHz
GPU: GeForce GTX 950 superclocked 2gb edition
RAM: Corsair 8GB DDR4
OS: Windows 10
Hard Drive: Seagate 1TB Barracuda
Motherboard: Asus M5A78L LE
PSU: Corsair CX500 500W

I also have a Gaming keyboard, gaming mouse and a wireless adapter on my 2.0 USB ports, and a built-in fan on the desktop case.

I would like help figuring out what is causing the restarts, thanks in advance for all your answers.

41 Kernel-power is essentially just your rig telling you "hey, I didn't get a chance to shutdown correctly", so does't give us anything.

While the CX500 is not a great PSU, it should be more than capable of powering that specific setup.

What are you using to monitor your temps?

Good chance it's the PSU the older CX series (like your cx500) is kinda notorious for shutting down under load.
I do have to ask though, how did you get a socket 1150 Intel cpu to work on an AMD socket AM3+ motherboard and use DDR4(cpu and motherboard both only support DDR3)?
